The Client

Fabregues Bicicletas is an E-commerce Cycling Retailer Brand that sells a huge catalogue of different type of bikes, more than +12 brands and also beautiful equipment for their clients.

In the beginning, the business was exclusively oriented to bicycle repair. Thanks to Joan Fàbregues' eagerness to grow and his entrepreneurial vision, the offer was expanded and the commercialization and repair of bicycles was introduced.

Today, Fàbregues is a reference in its field, thanks to both its physical store in Tortosa and its online commerce. The most prestigious brands of bicycles, motorcycles and fitness machines are represented in the company.

The Challenge

Fabregues Bicicletas began working with Tropic PPC after not being satisfied with the results they were getting with another agency. They were stuck when working with the same team for more than 5 years.

They were adding more top brands, like Orbea, Trek, Scott and products to their catalogue to increase in sales volume and scale their business, adding at the same time excellent customer support services to take over all extra sales.

They also have created their own brand equipment, so they want to gain a high perceived value on their clothes while mantaining affordable prices for their clients.

Sky-rocketing CPMs and CPCs posed difficulty for Fabregues to drive clicks and profitable conversions, especially after the release of iOS 14.

Our Approach

To help Fabregues achieve their goals, we followed a strategy that simultaneously built brand awareness while generating a consistent stream of sales.

Our first step was to optimize the performance of the website so it was responding smooth and fast on both mobile and desktop. This significantly reduced the visitor bounce rate and improved the conversion rate of the site as a whole.

We broke Fabregues’ campaigns down across Google Ads.

First of all we reestructured the whole account because it was a mess with relevancy, mixing lots of different keywords that make no sense with their ads and with their landing pages

Once it was reestructured, we get so focused on the feed. If the feed is well organized, then you can filter all products you want easily and fast to target your audience with right messages and be relevant in landing pages.
That's the Google game. Fill all info as far as you can so Google is going to see you like a good advertiser and he will gift you with lower cpcs.

We created Pmax campaigns, using well created audiences and filtering all products with: images, titles, descriptions and products. Doing that we had clean data to scale to 300k

We also create different search campaigns and seach extensions to make our ad bigger, so for the same price we can occupy all the screen. Doing that we coulf push search spaces heavily

With this Google Ads Campaign Structure we were able tp appear with our ads in ALL placements: Search, Shopping, Display, Youtube, Discovery, etc. And we were only paying per click that was impacted with a relevant ad, that means...
buying intention higher = easier sale.

The Result

Fabregues achieved a x3 in revenue (328k in on month) and has since been exposed to thousands of new potential customers.

By amplifying their voice using proven Google marketing strategies, Tropic PPC is helping them achieve their goal of offering the best quality products and promoving cycling in the whole country.
